Diamond launches EV division

Diamond Facilities have launched their new national Division – Diamond EV Solutions.

This division has been created to specialise in both the Corporate and Residential EV Charging sectors.  Diamond have partnered with some of the leading manufacturers in both fields and with a dedicated team of engineers can not only advise on the correct solution but can also carry out any enabling works, the supply and fit of the proposed solution and any works required following the installation.

Diamonds new division will be a one-stop-shop for all of your EV Charging needs whether at your work place or at your home. 

Works for Safestore UK

Diamond Facilities Support have increased their scope of works for Safestore UK – the UK’s foremost storage solutions provider. Services provided incorporate reactive fabric and M&E maintenance along with project works. Adam Atkins, Director of Diamond Facilities Support, commented that “our work with Safestore UK was recognition of our ethos of working together to resolve client problems. We are now working nationwide and support safestore in both the reactive and capital works side of their business.”

Reactive, planned and project works for the Piper Group

Diamond Facilities Support have taken on the reactive, planned and project works for the Piper Group, based in the Midlands. This will involved emergency works through the 24 hour helpdesk facility, combined with planned, preventative maintenance and project works ranging from £500.00 to £5,000,000.00. Helen Cooper, Director of Diamond Facilities Support, commented that “by working with the Piper Group we will be able to reduce both costs and hassle, whilst at the same time enabling them to focus on their core business”.

Diamond secure 3 year LA Fitness contract

Diamond Facilities Support have secured a 3 year nationwide contract with LA Fitness.  Diamond will be providing the LA Fitness help-desk, managing third party suppliers, managing quoted works and providing the fabric planned maintenance regime to all 80 leisure clubs nationwide including Northern Ireland.  Adam Atkins a Director at Diamond commented that “this is an excellent contract for Diamond and is reward for the innovative approach we have taken to managing the maintenance requirements for LA Fitness.  Our success was through our leading edge web portal combined with a bespoke and tailored service and our ability to ensure best value.”
